Eul's Scepter of Divinity is an Item purchasable at the Main Shop, under Caster. However, it can only be completed with items from the Secret Shop.

Additional Information

The movement speed bonus does not stack with other Scepters of Divinity.

Ability

Cyclone Play Ability Affects Target Unit Units Target unit is swept up in a cyclone for 2.5 seconds, and is invulnerable. Range: 700 30 75

Notes: You cannot cyclone allies. Double clicking the item uses Cyclone on yourself. Will purge certain things, like dust of appearance. Meat Hook can stop the cyclone and pull the units without damaging them.
