The Heart of Tarrasque is an Item purchasable at the Main Shop, under Armor. However, it can only be completed with items from the Secret Shop.

Ability

Health Regeneration Ability Affects Passive Self Restores a percentage of max health per second. This ability is disabled if damage is taken from an enemy Hero or Roshan within the last 4 seconds if your hero is melee or 6 seconds if your hero is ranged. Health Restored per Second: 2%

Notes: Taking damage from player-controlled units will also disable Health Regeneration for 3 seconds. Health Regeneration does not stack with itself. Gives a total of 1060 hit points.

Trivia

• The name "Tarrasque" may be a reference to Tarasque, a dragon that was tamed by Saint Martha in a legend. However, it probably references the Tarrasque, an almost undefeatable monster in Dungeons & Dragons, or Torrasque, a unique ultralisk from StarCraft.
