Aggron Stonebreak the Ogre Magi is a melee intelligence hero famous for his random potential for extreme burst damage and his enormous health pool for an intelligence Hero. He has good base attributes, and some of the best attributes gain in the game. He is a powerful ganker and disabler, eliminating his opponents in mere seconds if his ultimate Multicast successfully occurs with Fireblast. Later in the game he takes on the role of a buffer/debuffer with his powerful Bloodlust buff and his AoE Ignite.

| Lore: |
The ordinary ogre is the creature for whom the phrase 'As dumb as a bag of rock hammers' was coined. In his natural state, an ogre is supremely incapable of doing or deciding anything. Clothed in dirt, he sometimes finds himself accidentally draped in animal skins after eating lanekill. Not an especially social creature, he is most often found affectionately consorting with the boulders or tree-stumps he has mistaken for kin (a factor that may explain the ogre's low rate of reproduction). However, once every generation or so, the ogre race is blessed with the birth of a two-headed Ogre Magi, who is immediately given the traditional name of Aggron Stonebreak, the name of the first and perhaps only wise ogre in their line's history. With two heads, Ogre Magi finds it possible to function at a level most other creatures manage with one. And while the Ogre Magi will win no debates (even with itself), it is graced with a divine quality known as Dumb Luck--a propensity for serendipitous strokes of fortune which have allowed the ogre race to flourish in spite of enemies, harsh weather, and an inability to feed itself. It's as if the Goddess of Luck, filled with pity for the sadly inept species, has taken Ogre Magi under her wing. And who could blame her? Poor things.

| The Ogre Magi is easily amused, entertained for hours by playing with fire.

Notes:
- When Multicast, Fireblast hits the same target each time with a 0.3 seconds interval.
- A 2x Multicast deal 160/290/420/550 damage and stun for 1.8 seconds.
- A 3x Multicast deal 240/435/630/825 damage and stun for 2.1 seconds.
- A 4x Multicast deal 320/580/840/1100 damage and stun for 2.4 seconds.
- Mana cost is increased by 30 / 70 / 110 when learning Multicast.
|
|
|
Notes:
- When Multicast, nearby allies will be selected randomly in an 575 AoE to be Bloodlusted.
- If set on Auto-Cast, Ogre Magi will cast it on himself, and recast it whenever it runs out.
- Becoming magic immune or using Manta Style will not remove the buff.

Explanation:
- Aghanim's Scepter allows you to cast Fireblast twice in a row, effectively allowing you to kill most heroes immediately if you're lucky enough to score a quadracast twice in a row (which is still a shockingly low 1.5625% chance.) Be careful though! The mana cost of Unrefined Fireblast is significantly higher than a normal Fireblast, so don't use it for harassment.
- Force Staff is a good item to help you quickly get into the range of Fireblast, making it even harder for enemies to escape your powerful stun.
- Veil of Discord adds 25% damage from all magic sources in an area, allowing your spells to deal bonus damage on all targets affected (offsets base 25% magic resistance).
- Unmentioned Items: Because your main source of income is from ganks and teamfights, Urn of Shadows provides you a much needed heal, and its nuke also cope well with your Ignite. Dagon gives you another burst damage to quickly dispatch enemies; remember to make sure you have enough mana for your whole combo. Like other Dagon users, upgrading it beyond level 3 is generally not recommended.

- Fireblast gives the full 1.5s of stun from the first rank, whereas Ignite gains significant additional slow and duration with ranks. However, Fireblast will deal high damage if it's leveled and Multi Cast occurs, so choose wisely your skill build.
- Consider the state of the game and your situation when deciding whether to level Multi Cast at 6. Although it can grant powerful bonuses, it also increases the mana cost of Fireblast without reliably increasing the effect. In most games, it is much better to max out both Fireblast and Ignite initially, then taking the first rank of Multi Cast at level 9 (or even 10 if you want to grab a point in Bloodlust first as well. At level 6, it's more mana efficient and more damaging to just grab another point in Ignite or Fireblast. The earliest a point in Multi-cast would be efficient is level 8, after Fireblast has been maxed.
- When you have at least 1 point in Multi Cast, use Ignite when the enemies get clumped to affect them all in a short radius.
- Bloodlust is a rather versatile skill, allowing you or anyone you cast it on to make a swift escape or entrance during teamfights, as well as being a powerful steroid for any carry. Consider keeping your Bloodlust always on a carry during a teamfight, but don't forget that it's useful for escapes as well.
- You're a good chaser: your Fireblast can stun an enemy for 1.5 seconds and keep him in place, while your Ignite damages and slows the target. Use these skills to help your teammates get kills.
