Shiva's Guard is an Item purchasable at the Main Shop, under Armor. However, it can only be completed with items from the Secret Shop.

Abilities

Arctic Blast Play Ability Affects Damage No Target Enemies Magical Emits a freezing wave that does 200 damage to enemies and slows their movement by 40% for 4 seconds. Radius: 719 30 100

Notes: The wave's circle grows at a speed of 300 (relative to the caster) and the circle's center moves with the caster (the casting hero can't outrun the expanding wave -- wave's center is pinned to the hero). Activating this item does not break channeling abilities.

Freezing Aura Ability Affects Aura Enemies Reduces attack speed on enemies. Multiple instances of Freezing Aura do not stack. Attack Speed Slow: 30% Radius: 1000
